The HR Operations Associate is responsible for efficient HR service delivery, managing HR documentation, supporting the ticketing system and assisting with the day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee queries and resolve HR tickets in adherence with SLA’s
- Maintain employee files and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant
- Work closely with payroll and benefits team to streamline HR process and enhance service delivery
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labour laws
- Ensure HRIS records are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in HR administrative or assistant role
- Proficiency using HRIS and ticketing systems
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
