About You:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Technology-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Previous involvement in web development using ASP.NET, C#, WCF, Web API, SOAP, REST, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Proficiency in Angular 2+, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with database operations using SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with RESTful API services and the utilization of JSON data.
• A solid grasp of source code management.
• Nice to have experience with Mobile Application Development using Xamarin/MAUI.

About The Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the Journey Beyond team, bridging the gap between concept and technical implementation. You'll need skills in both front-end design and coding. We're looking for someone who can create sleek designs and write clean code that follows style guidelines.

This position will work closely with the Business Stakeholders to design and develop compelling online experiences to drive sustainable, long-term growth.

Your responsibilities would include overseeing the entire life cycle of development, both front-end and back-end, for applications and their enhancements. This position will also include a DevOps component where you will be responsible for ensuring all applications are secure, maintained and up-to-date and have no unscheduled down time.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Capture and document interface and design requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Support and enhance existing applications.
• Develop applications to add value and achieve business objectives.
• Develop applications and integrations with existing or new systems.
• Troubleshoot user issues and bugs in applications and integrations.
• Adhere to industry best practices and maintain end user documentation.
• Accurately estimate development timelines, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.

This is a 1 year contract, full time, based in our Head Office on North Terrace.
