The Client Services Integrator is responsible for partnering with internal teams, vendors, and clients on the implementation, management, and completion of PDT’s “as a service” offerings. This is a highly administrative role that will focus on IT projects related to the cloud, connectivity, collaboration, and data center. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of current IT trends and is ready to support our growing sales team in driving our core offerings, which include carrier services, collaboration, colocation, and cloud. This role balances client engagement and deal flow responsibilities such as managing quotes, proposals, and following up with clients.


What You Would Do

  • Support the sales process around our 'As-A-Service' offerings, including carrier services, collaboration, colocation, and cloud solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and follow-up.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including client interactions and pipeline development.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with the most up-to-date information.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or project management, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, customer support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud services, collaboration tools, and carrier services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
