Influential, is looking for a talented Creator Partnerships Specialist to join our growing Creator Partnerships team on a Temporary basis. With a passion for all things social, this role is responsible for sourcing and pitching YouTube creators across our presale and post-sale campaign initiatives. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the creator economy, possess knowledge of the YouTube creator landscape, and who can turn the day’s events and trends into actionable insights for clients. In general, on a typical day you will:

  • Own the creator sourcing process and become our resident YouTube expert for Influential’s top accounts
  • Strategically identify YouTube talent for campaigns in a way that maximizes ROI and achieves brand/client KPIs
  • Leverage data and insights to successfully position recommended YouTube talent to clients
  • Continue to build relationships with YouTube talent and talent managers/agents in the industry; attend industry events and meetings to keep up with current trends of the creator landscape
  • Expand our current pipeline of YouTube creators, identifying the potential for new YouTube talent as well as maintaining strong relationships with established talent
  • Lead YouTube creator discussion across relevant teams; effectively communicate creator needs and recommendations between Account Management, Campaign Management, Creative, Strategy, and Sales

Being an Creator Partnerships Specialist requires:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the YouTube landscape, including national and international markets (beyond NYC and/or LA)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to compose client-facing collateral
  • You can navigate the nuances of a diverse portfolio of clients across Beauty, CPG, Fashion, Hospitality, Lifestyle, and Travel
  • Deep knowledge of all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, YouTube) with relevant contacts from each platform
  • Ninja-like skills when it comes to time management, organization, and prioritization while working against tight client deadlines
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who also thinks outside their job responsibilities and can function effectively in a team environment or independently

Salary Range 

$40 hourly rate
