Agent-Fulfillment (Confirmation Task)

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Duties:

• To review the History of the PNR and the itinerary. Cancel any HX and unconfirmed segments to prevent GDS wastage and avoid ADM charges.
• To work with the Team in fixing the Unconfirmed segments and issuing the Tickets.
• To report any abnormal activity or trend.

Requirements

• Any Fresher/Nontravel background experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Night Shifts Included)
• Any previous work experience in the Travel field is considered a benefit.
• Having GDS knowledge will be considered an additional benefit.
• Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
