ENTER THE GAME
As an ASO Specialist, you’ll be part of the Social & Display/Search/ASO team, which is in charge of acquiring new users for our portfolio of apps and websites.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
Your missions are :
- Lead all ASO topics at Betclic
- Work very closely with our Product and Release teams to understand app submission schedules and always be up-to-date with our new and upcoming features
- Work very closely with our internal Studio to create best-in-class ASO assets, applying ASO best practices and respecting our brand positioning
- Monitor and optimize our Appstore keyword rankings and conversion rates
- Suggest improvements to our ASO assets, make A/B tests and apply results
- Always be up-to-date with the latest news and announcements from the Appstore and Play Store, and share internally
- Report on ASO performance of our apps
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
This job is for you if:
- You have 1-3 years of experience doing ASO (a 6-month internship at a pure player will also be considered), or in positions directly related to ASO (eg App Release team), or you have a Product/PO background with a strong appetite for ASO
- You know how to seek product/release info across teams within a large organization
- You are familiar with the specificities between Appstore and Play Store
- You are very organized, with a strong ability to anticipate needs and plan in advance to meet app release deadlines
- You are a doer, detailed-oriented and have a strong work ethic
- You have a good level in English
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
- If your application is selected, Elodie will get in touch with you for a 30-mn HR prequalification
- Then we’ll ask you to make the AssessFirst test (personality, profile, motivations)
- Then you’ll meet with Etienne, Head of User Acquisition and other members of the team
- Last but not least, you’ll have a final HR interview and you’ll debrief your AssessFirst test
