Job Responsibilities:

Complete employee performance reviews and manage KPIs.
Manage attendance reports and vacation requests, informing counterparts in the US, and planning coverage to ensure operations are not affected.
Collaborate with operations managers, Heads of Office, and US stakeholders.
Update internal and external portals with shipment details when needed.
Understand clients' inquiries regarding shipment statuses and issue resolution, and get involved in day-to-day operations when needed.
Ensure systems are running correctly.
Conduct monthly meetings and coaching sessions with managers.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Language Proficiency: English fluency (B2 High - C1).
Experience:

Team Lead experience.
Experience in leadership roles.
