Data Entry Specialist

We are hiring Data Entry Specialist to support a large manufacturing company. Seeking solid clerical computer skills with Microsoft Excel experience .

POSITION: Right to Hire
LOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
PAY: 12.00 hour
HOURS: On site - should be flexible on schedule

Audit source documents for accuracy.
Obtain source documents, approvals, etc. for incomplete download requests.
Audit completed work for accuracy.
Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding Data Admin.
Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
Print, mail & post franchise service tickets.
Identify, scan & validate service tickets daily for invoicing.
Work with branches and divisions in an ongoing effort to reconcile missing service tickets and minimize potential client deductions and/or chargebacks to the company.
Maintain centralized filing system for customers: adjustments, deposits and reports.
Provide administrative support within a functional area or department (i.e. fax documents, make copies, filing, pulling documents from file for team use, etc.).
Complete special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of related clerical/data entry experience.
Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Data entry & proficient 10-key skills.
