A Customer Support Representative at Status Solutions is the first point of contact for all life-safety needs. The Customer Support Team operates as a triage to access the needs of all customers and/or partners in order to determine how to effectively answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide top-notch customer support. This role relies on nourishing every interaction with energy by representing the Status Solutions brand enthusiastically and effectively. Along with maintaining a workstation and Local Area Network (LAN) performance, this team member will also field customer phone calls, customer emails, and escalate customer needs when appropriate. In addition, team members are responsible for resolving Network Operations Center (NOC) errors promptly. At Status Solutions, the Customer Support Team is expected to proactively support customer and business through open communication, honest feedback, and solid team collaboration.
