Plus, AMOSmobile/EXEC with Paperless & eSignature and interfaces to/from 3rd party Digital Ecosystem softwares.</li><li>Share your expert knowledge with colleagues and actively participate in continuous upskilling within the digital TechOps and Project Management fields.<br></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Competence Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong project management expertise, especially in scheduling, scoping and stakeholder analysis. (PMP Certification is a plus.)</li><li>Minimum two years of practical aviation industry experience with knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and their relevant regulations.<br></li><li>Digital skills (software configuration, mobile-devices, API integrations, data) needed for the digitalization journey through mobility, paperless, e-signature, and integrations.</li><li>Process assessment through design mapping and value assessment (Value-Chain, Lean, BPMN).</li><li>Active and recent AMOS usage at the Key-User/Super-User knowledge level.<br></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Social & Personal Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to host workshops and to lead customer meetings confidently.</li><li>Collaboration & Teamwork with direct & transparent two-way communication and feedback.</li><li>Capacity to autonomously handle complex and changing project conditions.<br></li><li>Fluent in English, and other languages are an asset (especially German).<br></li><li>Willingness to travel.
