What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in end to end processing and administration of loan with Australian Mortgage Broking.
- Experience in using MyCRM, Infinity, AFG Flex, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM.
- Experience in using Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello etc).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in HubSpot
- Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering
What will you do?
- Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications.
- Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find.
- Review client documents and fact-find sessions and manage data entry and credit report requests.
- Initiate new loan applications after lead generation or Online Fact Find.
- Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature.
- Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen).
- Facilitate application validation and final checks in Apply Online.
