At Mindtickle, customer success is a top priority. We are seeking a motivated Customer Marketing Associate to join our team and support a diverse mix of strategic marketing programs aligned to company growth and customer-first initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing, the Customer Marketing Associate will work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Mindtickle.
What’s in it for you?
- Oversee the end-to-end production of customer case studies and testimonials, from scheduling, adding follow-up items to Asana, and securing approvals, to coordinating handoffs to other teams
- Identify customer success stories by partnering with sales, customer success, and other teams, building a strong pipeline of customer stories
- Manage and optimize a repository of customer logos, quotes, stories, and other resources, ensuring it is current and well-organized
- Partner with the broader marketing team to publish, promote, and retire customer logos, stories, and videos
- Support social media efforts, helping manage the social media calendar and scheduling posts
- Respond to internal requests for customer stories to help support new business initiatives
- Review and track customer communications, working closely with the Marketing automation team and the customer success to keep them informed
- Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey initiatives for gathering feedback to drive customer experience improvements
- Execute outreach for sourcing speakers for field events and webinars, ensuring alignment with event needs
- Manage the delivery of customer welcome, appreciation, advocacy, and milestone gifts
- Support customer growth and expansion opportunities, working closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing
- Assist in launching new strategies to advance the customer marketing program, including a customer awards program
- Measure and report on customer marketing initiatives regularly, identifying opportunities for improvement and emerging trends
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree preferred
- Have 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology industry
- Hold successful track record of working in customer marketing with a passion for serving and understanding customers
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and experience with effective story-telling
- Posses Experience managing vendors, partners, and a budget
- Have Proficiency in Salesforce for report generation and tracking customer activities
- Have experience with other Marketing/Sales tech: Marketo, Demandbase, Asana, and/or Zoom Webinar preferred.
- Have Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Are results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
- Hold strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Are strategic thinker with a proactive approach to executing new ideas
- Have experience in the revenue enablement industry preferred
