The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to both strategic and operational HR functions.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies.</li><li>Provide strategic HR support to leadership, particularly in talent management and organizational development.</li><li>Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.</li><li>Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including salary reviews.</li><li>Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives such as eNPS surveys.</li><li>Collaborate across teams to align HR strategies with business needs.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive HR offering.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience in HR operations and as an HR Business Partner within the IT and/or iGaming sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, and HR analytics.</li><li>Experience with project management practices.</li><li>Proficiency in HR tools (experience with HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in both Russian and English, written and verbal.</li></ul><p><strong>Hiring Process:</strong></p><ul><li>Preliminary call with a recruiter.</li><li>Test task.</li><li>Hard-skills interview.</li><li>Soft-skills interview.</li><li>Reference check.</li><li>Offer.</li></ul> •
