Role: Sr. IT Developer (Full Stack-React)
Work Location: Jacksonville, FL or Dallas, TX

Key Skillset:
1. ReactJS, ReactJS (UI), NodeJS, MongoDB, GIT, REST Web Services
2. React UI development, writing code for complex system designs.
3. Building reusable components and front end libraries
4. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code using react.
5. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast variety of web-browsers.
6. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javscript including DOM manipulation and object model.
7. Thorough understanding of reactjs and its core principles.
8. Experience with state management frameworks like Redux, mobx or flux.
9. Familiarity with new specifications of Ecmascript.
10. Experience with common front end tools like NPM, Babel, webpack, Artifactory, etc.
11. Familiarity with code versioning tools like GIT and SVN.
12. Good understanding about RESTful API's.
13. Knowledge of CICD process is a plus
14. Knowledge of lerna is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
· 6+ years' related work experience, including progressive work experience in a programming or application development role Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures Proficiency using versioning tools
· Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Flexible team player
· Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
· Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
· Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
· Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
