<p>At Stratsys, we offer a smart compliance SaaS platform that simplifies ESG, GRC, and Strategic work processes. We’re now looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team of eight in Stockholm. <br><br>In this role, you’ll play a key part in guiding our customers through their journey with us. Using tools like HubSpot, you’ll create smart e-mail marketing initiatives and automated workflows that deliver the right message at the right time.</p><p>This is a role for someone who loves combining data and creativity to drive results. You’ll analyze customer behavior, test new strategies, and continuously improve how we engage with our customers and prospects. Take a look at our <a href="https://www.instagram.com/stratsyssverige/">Instagram</a> to get an insight into our culture!</li><li>Work from a fantastic and central office in one of Hötorgsskraporna in Stockholm.</li><li>Join a company with great benefits – <a href="https://jobs.stratsys.com/pages/benefits-perks">read more about them here</a>!</li></ul><h5><strong><strong><br></strong></strong></h5><h5><strong><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE  📌<br></strong></strong></h5><p><br>As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey strategy—designing and optimizing nurturing flows, campaigns, and communication that drive engagement and growth.</p><p>Your focus will be to:</p><ul><li>Attract and convert leads into high-intent MQLs to fuel our sales pipeline.</li><li>Engage and grow our customer base with targeted, relevant communication.</li><li>Find ways through email marketing and automation to both retain our customers as well as grow with them through upsell and cross-sell.</li><li>Ensure sign ups, attendance, and follow up on webinars and events.</li></ul><p>Your primary tool will be HubSpot, where you’ll automate workflows, track performance, and continuously test new approaches—including AI-driven strategies—to refine and improve our communication.</p><p>This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with marketing, sales, and our Data/AI team to optimize customer engagement and drive growth. A perfect mix of data and creativity, where you’ll have the space to experiment, optimize, and make a real impact.</p><ul></ul><h5> <strong>YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️<br></strong></h5><ul> </ul><ul><li>3 years of experience in B2B marketing automation or lifecycle marketing, ideally within SaaS.</li><li>HubSpot is your go-to tool — you know how to get the most out of it but are always curious about new features and better ways of working.</li><li>You understand customer needs and can spot patterns that drive engagement.</li><li>Expertise of lead nurturing, lead scoring, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). </li><li>An educational background in Marketing, Marketing Automation, or a related field (Higher Vocational Education, Bachelor's, or Master's level).</li><li>You’re fluent in Swedish and based in Stockholm.</li></ul><p><strong>It’s a bonus if you have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with tools like DreamData or similar attribution and insights tools.</li><li>Experience with GA4.<br></li></ul><h5><strong>ABOUT YOU 👀</strong></h5><p>You’re someone who loves the mix of data, systems, and communication.
