We are looking for a Video Content Creator that will work directly with our CEO to ideate, film, edit, and distribute content across all social channels and work to build up to 300,000 Followers over the next 12 months.

Sometimes this will be following him around for a day in the life that’s off the cuff..

Other days it will be filming long form YouTube Content that’s scripted for a specific topic..

And some days it will be content ideas that you’ve come up with, that you want him to film.

Client Accelerators is a direct response advertising agency that mainly works with coaches, consultants, experts, and course creators, to help them bring in more leads, booked calls, and ultimately sales for their company.

We run their ads, set up their tracking, analyze their data, and do full-cycle creatives for them including copywriting, video editing, content tweaking etc. which enables them to double, triple, and even quadruple their sales with our advertising skills.

We currently spend over $40 Million Dollars a year on platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate video and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage for use in video productions
• Ideate, film and edit various forms of video content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, especially YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Manage channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets, social media marketing campaigns, and owned/earned/paid media
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and provide valuable input for video content strategies
• Track, Measure, & Grow Organic Follower Growth Across All Social Channels
• Carefully plan and publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
• Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice

OUTCOMES

These are the specific outcomes we will be measuring performance by:

1. 6 Fully Produced & Launched YouTube Videos Every Month That Are 7 - 10 Minutes Long
2. 25 Short Form Pieces of Content that is able to be distributed across YT Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok & Facebook
3. 10 - 15% Monthly Growth In Social Following

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, editing, and content creation
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or Avid Media Composer)
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
• Idea generation and ability to turn a concept into compelling content
• Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms
• Innovative and creative mindset to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
• Prior experience working with a studio, brand or channel is highly valuable
