Sarmad is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Systems Architect to join our team. As an Insurance Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing insurance systems and solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze their needs, and then create a framework for the design and implementation of the systems.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze the business requirements of insurance companies
- Create architectural designs for insurance systems, including policy administration, claims management, underwriting, and billing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the development and implementation of the systems
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the insurance systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the insurance industry
- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Systems Architect or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of insurance business processes and systems
- Strong understanding of insurance industry standards and regulations
- Experience with insurance technologies and platforms, such as policy administration systems and claims management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in insurance systems architecture or related areas
