This is a full-time position based at our office in Melbourne.</p><p dir="ltr">With a deep understanding of the pivotal roles spanning Production, Creative, Packaging (Thumbnails), Post-Production and Operations particularly in YouTube and gaming content, you are well-versed in identifying and attracting top-tier talent in these fields.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your Responsibilities and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop robust talent pipelines across various roles in Production, Creative, Packaging (Thumbnails), Post-Production and Operations</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage HR projects, including recruitment campaigns and initiatives, to align with Spawnpoint Media’s strategic objectives.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Utilise Social media (Twitter, LinkedIn), Discord and professional networks to engage with potential candidates, enhancing our employer brand and expanding our reach.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Leverage your knowledge of the creative economy communities to connect with and attract candidates who are not only skilled but passionate about the industry.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in either the social media, creator economy, gaming, e-sports, or media production industries. Preferably experience in the creator economy.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ideally experience in a "start-up" work environment.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with YouTube content, having watched it regularly; and understanding the ecosystem.
