This role requires strong collaboration with and within multidisciplinary group constellations to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.<br></p><p>We embrace the Shape Up method for working, focusing on building the right things in fixed cycles and betting on meaningful projects.</p><h4>What you’ll do</h4><ul> <li>Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and peers to understand user requirements and help define product features.</li> <li>Develop and maintain high-quality, secure software solutions in line with our Product Development Process and Secure Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring they meet customer and end-user needs and business requirements while adhering to established best practices as well as company policies.</li> <li>Participate actively in code reviews, providing timely and constructive feedback and suggestions to improve code quality, maintainability and to further the skills of their peers.</li> <li>Test, launch, refine and troubleshoot product features, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal user experience in line with business objectives.</li> <li>Continuously learn and stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the wider engineering team's skills and processes.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project status, technical challenges, and dependencies.</li> </ul><p><br></p><h4>What you’ll bring to the team</h4><ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in software development working with Ruby on Rails in a full stack approach.</li> <li>An ability to technically design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-quality API & web applications</li> <li>Great verbal and written communication skills – you will guide teams, communicate with the overall organization, and document systems (English is our working language)</li> <li>Experience working closely with business and product stakeholders, and thus a strong understanding of business and user requirements</li> </ul><p> </p><h4>Our stack</h4><ul><li>Ruby on Rails-monolith</li><li>PostgreSQL</li><li>Turbo-powered SSR</li><li>Tailwind CSS</li><li>Containerized - runs everywhere</li></ul><h4><br></h4><h4>Why Doconomy?</h4><p>We offer a dynamic workplace in central Stockholm, with a decentralized organization that is constantly growing and gives employees a chance to develop.
