<p><strong>Hill Group is an award-winning 5-star housebuilder, creating a range of beautiful homes across London, the South East and South West.</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team, based in our Waltham Abbey, Essex, head office. </p><p><strong>Role overview:</strong></p><p>Coordinate marketing and sales support materials from pre-launch to completion. Provide general administration support to Marketing Manager. Manage and maintain Hill Residential website and other property portals.</p><p><strong>Role Scope</strong><strong>:</strong></p><p>Coordination of marketing activities for new developments to meet sales and marketing strategies and budgets</p><p>The control of set budgets throughout the life of the development.</p><p><strong>Key Results Areas:</strong></p><p><strong>Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>To coordinate and set up the new developments in accordance with sales and marketing strategies and budgets</li><li>through to launch of the sales office and show homes including interior design and installation, landscaping, signage and presentation.</li><li>Coordinate the production of all marketing materials such as websites, brochures, CGIs adverts, hoarding and site signage, offline leaflets and invitations, digital marketing, and social media campaigns as well as scale model production.</li><li>Coordinate and distribute all online marketing materials for both the UK and International sales operation.</li><li>Coordinate sales office design and set-up in accordance with Hill Procedures.</li><li>Coordinate the installation of show home and sales office with site team and external suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate show house design brief and presentations.</li><li>Coordinate signage from initial launch and ongoing throughout life of the project in-line with campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate landscape design and enhancements and installation.</li><li>Carry out market research where required, including visiting competitor sales suites.</li><li>Coordinate ongoing marketing and sales support materials following launch.</li><li>Coordinate and support social media strategy including activity with Favola and Digital Coordinator.</li><li>Set up and maintain advertising schedules and detailed Gantt charts, organise adverts and mailers and other on-going advertising, both online and offline.</li><li>Carry out market and competitor research and suggest improvements based on research.</li><li>Maintain Hill website by maintaining plot availability, latest campaigns and assets thus ensuring accuracy at all times.</li><li>Ensure all platforms and portals such as Rightmove and WhatHouse are reviewed and updated weekly to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Regularly review Google Analytics to ensure all activity is being recorded.</li><li>Coordinate photography and videography for pre-launch and international activity, throughout the life of scheme, including stock plots.</li><li>Coordinate and deliver any offline marketing materials to support International Sales Team.</li><li>Support and coordinate logistics for any international activity or exhibitions.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Success Measures:</strong></p><p>Effective coordination of the following:</p><ul><li>The overall sales and marketing vision and strategy for each new development , after acquisition through to sales launch.</li><li>The set-up of new developments from land acquisition, including preparation, sales, and marketing strategies.</li><li>The sales launch of the sales office and show homes, including interior design and installation, landscaping, signage, and presentation.</li><li>The maintenance of developments.</li><li>The management of external suppliers.</li><li>Marketing activities to ensure a positive Health and Safety culture amongst the workforce and for potential customers.</li><li>Marketing materials and on-site presentation to maintain the Hill brand image to ensure Hill are promoted in the best possible light.</li><li>The pre-launch marketing campaign to drive visitors to the launch.</li><li>Marketing activities through well planned and designed campaigns to ensure new visitor levels match required sales rates.</li><li>Social media stories, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.</li><li>The promotion of site specific public relations stories and those increasing the Hill brand.</li><li>The production of marketing materials such as websites, brochures, adverts, hoardings and site signage, offline leaflets and invitations, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.</li><li>Updating of the Hill website, including site specific websites and portals.</li><li>All marketing activities to ensure they are delivered within set budgets.</li><li>The control of set budgets throughout the life of the development.</li><li>The achievement of the required lead generation, sales rates and maintain budgetary control.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills, Experience and Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>A relevant Marketing qualification preferred</li><li>Previous experience in marketing gained within the Property industry</li><li>Ability to promote the Hill Brand through social medial, PR stories and marketing materials</li><li>Proactive approach and delivery focussed</li><li>Can control costs and work within budget</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines</li></ul><p><strong>Hill Expects Every Employee
