Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Singapore and other Asia-Pacific regions to meet the talent needs of various business departments.
Identify and attract top talent through multiple channels, such as social media, job boards, industry events, etc.
Assist the HR team in establishing overseas human resource management standards.
Collaborate with HR teams in China and the West to ensure HR practices are effectively implemented in Singapore.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent pools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
Over 3 years of experience in overseas recruitment or human resource management, with experience in multinational companies preferred.
Familiarity with the international recruitment market and talent trends, including strong market insight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
