As a Bolt Drive Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for the efficient management of incoming damages to our vehicles. The goal is to process damages thoroughly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Monitoring and documentation of accidents and damages according to specifications.</point>
• <point>Handling damages and claims with insurance, state authorities, and debt collection agencies.</point>
• <point>Follow-up communication with customers and insurers about accidents and claims.</point>
• <point>Communication with body shops on the damage repairs and calculation of costs.</point>
• <point>Communication and collaboration with business partners, subcontractors, and other external parties relevant to the CZ Bolt Drive operations.</point>
• <point>Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance.</point>
