Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security solutions using Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage F5 load balancers and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) to optimize performance and security.
• Manage and secure network environments in AWS and Azure, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, and network ACLs.
• Monitor network traffic and security events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Generate reports on security status, incidents, and vulnerabilities for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related subject from a reputable university.
• 2-3 years of experience in Network Security.
• Proven experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall solutions.
• Hands-on experience with F5 load balancers and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs).
• Proficiency in AWS and Azure networking and security configurations.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, security technologies, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with Terraform and Python is a plus.
