Bookkeeper - Mandaluyong City

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and various financial records on a regular basis.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to identify trends and potential issues.
• Review and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain vendor and customer relationships by communicating effectively and resolving inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting practices and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proven experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
