You will be a part of a dedicated team of four finance professionals located in Sweden and India and will report to the Head of Global Finance who is based in Denmark. In addition, you will be working closely with Group Finance in relation to the financial reporting for Columbus A/S and Columbus Norway AS. <br>We take pride in being “One Columbus” and we always walk the extra mile in supporting each other when needed. Your primary stakeholders are in three locations in Scandinavia, and you should expect limited travel activities. We are used to working remotely, but we also acknowledge the importance of meeting up and developing our collaboration, professional relationships and team spirit face to face.<br><br>Among your main tasks will be:</p><ul><li>Monthly and quarterly financial reporting to Group Finance and management</li><li>Preparing the annual report in cooperation with external audit</li><li>VAT (review and submission)</li><li>Payroll reconciliation</li><li>Cost controlling and optimization (capacity costs). Experience with cost center controlling can be an advantage</li><li>Tax reporting (preparation and filling of statement)</li><li>Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and accounting standards (IFRS)</li><li>Close collaboration with Group Finance and Business Finance on all financial matters</li><li>Responsible for all leasing contracts within Columbus Group (IFRS 16)</li><li>Ad hoc tasks (e-Boks, reporting statistics to relevant authorities etc.)</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications for the role</strong></p><p>You hold a financial degree such as HD(R) or cand.merc.aud. You have at least 3 years of experience from a similar role, giving you in-depth knowledge of relevant accounting standards (preferably IFRS but ÅRL as a minimum). In addition, you are an Excel superuser and have experience with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft D365 F&O) as well as data visualization tools (ideally PowerBI).<br>To be considered for this position, you must speak and write both Danish and English at least at high professional level.<strong><br><br><br>About Columbus</strong></p><p>Columbus is a global IT consulting company with more than 1600 employees.
