<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>The Reservations trainee will be performing duties as a reservation’s agent. Daily tasks will include processing of individual guest reservations by email and telephone following the Small Luxury Hotels of the World Standards; creating and maintaining reservations records; processing booking cancellations and modifications and providing information to guests about the hotel facilities and Ibiza Island.</p><p> You will also have the possibility to assist in Revenue and Occupancy Forecast Reports preparation.</p><p> As a reservations agent trainee, you will be proactive in providing extraordinary service to guests and travel agents.
