Sarmad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing and PR Manager to join our team. As a Growth Marketing and PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will also oversee the company's public relations activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in growth marketing, PR, and a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Utilize various digital marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers to secure media coverage
- Create and distribute press releases and other PR materials to enhance brand visibility
- Manage and monitor social media accounts and engage with followers and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and PR efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and PR
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, PR Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Experience in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of PR strategies and experience in media relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
