We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager who can help Findem execute on projects with more impact, with more consistency and predictability over time. As the Technical Program Manager, you will help organize and drive the work of a large 50+ team of PM, UX, eng, and QA. You will also help establish a planning and communication process around the bets the company is making, so stakeholders are aligned and our work has high impact. As the situation calls for it, you will have the opportunity to drive the most strategic large-scale initiatives at the company. Ultimately, you will own the problem of building the effective execution and planning muscle that we need to get to our next level of growth and scale.
Responsibilities:
- Scope: Help design and drive a new planning process for better predictability, quality and alignment with business priorities and KPIs
- Own the planning process: Be a change advocate to drive planning retrospectives and improving our planning process, as our company scales and matures
- Strategic programs: Be the execution leader for major pivots or highly strategic company initiatives, ensuring that we deliver on initiatives with significant business impact.
- Crafted decision making: Drive a reliable, visible cadence for reviews, decision making, sizing, resource management so we can make the right (and sometimes hard) choice
- Communication: Ensure that updates on execution against plan, escalations and changes to plan are done in a thoughtful , methodical way to ensure smoother execution
