The Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Copywriter who shares the same passion to drive opportunities to build Pepperstone's global brand awareness and growth.
You will join our team in Cyprus and be part of our Global Marketing team- who are forward-thinking, creative, and constantly seek new ways to drive growth and achieve remarkable results.
You'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, responsible for refining our brand's voice. Your task will involve creating engaging and persuasive content that speaks to our audience and sets our product apart. You'll be tasked with crafting advertising copy and content across various marketing platforms, including display ads, social media, out-of-home, PPC, push notifications, emails, and our website.

As our Copywriter, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to

• Producing marketing copy for all channels including social, push notifications, website content, PPC, display, OOH, email, and press releases.
• Creating personalized content that activates, retains, and reactivates Pepperstone clients.
• Developing and evolving our brand tone of voice.
• Collaborating with marketing and brand teams to ensure tone of voice is adopted and consistent across all touchpoints.
• Collaborating closely with our in-house design team to deliver original and engaging campaigns.
• Proactively providing campaign content ideas that are innovative and disruptive.
• Collaborating with our Market Research team to ensure content is consistent with market trends.
• Working closely with external agencies to ensure their creative adheres to our brand tone of voice and strategic direction.
• Ensuring all website copy is optimized for SEO benefit.
• Supporting our CRM team to redesign content for our customer journeys.
• Ensuring Pepperstone’s brand positioning and values are central to writing and content ideas.

About you

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibits excellent attention to detail and a passion for crafting creative and engaging copy
• Holds strong experience in writing copy for brand and acquisition campaigns across diverse marketing channels
• Showcases a portfolio featuring a variety of written styles and successful campaigns
• Displays a profound understanding of brand development and storytelling
• Capable of translating complex subjects into easily understandable language
• Proficient in measuring and reporting the impact of content on business targets
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
• Highly motivated, flexible, and positive, with a strong drive to succeed
• Demonstrates an alignment with Pepperstone values

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the financial services space
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Proficiency in writing for diverse audiences and markets
