Permanent Position for Registered Sister

Our Client is looking to employ four (4) nursing sisters in Pretoria. Working hours will be from 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.

 

We assess and advise on applications for temporary incapacity leave for Government Departments in Kwa-Zulu Natal and Freestate. The same is applicable for claims received for RAF.

 

Qualities we are looking for should include:

 

1) Qualified Registered Nurses.

2) As we do desktop assessments, the applicants need to be prepared that they will have no physical contact with patients.

3) Clinically strong as decision making is based on that knowledge. In keeping with this, good decision making skills are important.

3) Basic computer skills.

4) Administratively strong. It is not essential that their first language is English, but all communications with our clients are in English, and the applicants thus need to be able to write, read and speak English very well.

Administrative tasks will include:

   a) Proofread – thus correcting grammar and spelling mistakes

   b) Compiling letters

   c) Excellent telephone etiquette

5) Although we work as a team, the applicants need to be able to function individually and at a high pace.

6) They need to be able to function under pressure, as strict timelines are applicable on all our applications.

7) Precise.

8) Systematic.
