As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the management and configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales application. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to understand requirements and priorities. You will assess company-wide sales and operational needs to drive and implement business initiatives into the Dynamics 365 Sales application. In addition, you will manage the end-to-end release process, including planning, coordination, QA, user training, and communication of product releases/ updates and future roadmaps.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Dynamics 365 Sales application as the application owner, bridging communication between the business community and IT.
- Responsible for understanding user requirements and delivering solutions that support company objectives.
- Lead efforts for product-related changes within the Dynamics 365 Sales application.
- Analyze and document detailed processes and system workflows based on gathered requirements, ensuring clarity for developers and quality assurance team members during execution.
- Assist in troubleshooting and incident resolution to uphold gold standard service level agreements.
- Collaborate on strategic planning with the executive team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and integrity within the Dynamics 365 Sales application.
- Develop training materials and documentation for users and internal stakeholders to promote effective adoption and usage of Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Undertake complex tasks independently, exercising extensive judgment with minimal supervision.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Must-have Skills/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science or Engineering
- 4+ years’ experience with any CRM with strong product knowledge of the application
- Proficient level of SQL skills
- Advanced level Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features.
- Proven ability to utilize the SDLC methodology to help deliver solutions
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences and confidently collaborate with professionals at different levels
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing issues and solving problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
