We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Core products.
Your main tasks will be:
Team Management:
- Collaborating with the frontend development team and QA team (7 members + QA lead);
- Coordinating tasks within the testing team and ensuring timely delivery of product increments;
- Overseeing deadlines and the quality of deliverables;
Risk and Deadline Management:
- Assessing and managing risks related to task completion;
- Setting and controlling deadlines to ensure the product is published on time;
Task Evaluation and Prioritization:
- Evaluating and analyzing incoming technical requirements for feasibility and priority;
- Identifying tasks that provide the most value to the business and protecting the team from low-priority tasks;
Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Coordinating with teams developing new features for the platform;
- Organizing release schedules and assisting cross-functional teams in achieving their goals while avoiding conflicts with the main development process.
We expect from you:
- Experience in managing task and resource integration, coordinating development teams to ensure timely product delivery;
- Ability to effectively manage project scope, evaluate and prioritize technical requirements, and protect the team from irrelevant tasks;
- Strong skills in managing schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely releases, as well as assessing and mitigating risks;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including communication with top management and teams, and the ability to defend business-oriented decisions;
- Technical proficiency for collaborating with development and testing teams, with basic knowledge of technical aspects.
