Clinical Research Associate II - Germany

Chloe O'Shea has a brand new exciting opportunity for a highly motivated CRA to join my clients small sized CRO in Germany! My client is looking to expand their clinical operations them. As it is such a small company you will be working closely with your colleagues you will have a lot of support from your colleagues and managers. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a company and be there for all their successes!

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with study sites, sponsors, and study team members.
• Ability to monitor and manage multiple study sites simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a CRA, with demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of clinical trial management.
• Excellent understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of electronic data capture systems and other clinical trial management tools.
