Program Manager, Enterprise Security

• Work in close partnership with the SVP, Director of Cyber Program Strategy, Governance, and Management, and VP of Cyber Program Strategy & Governance to establish and oversee the strategic enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for Enterprise Security.
• Responsible for developing and leading the strategic vision, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives, and owning the strategic roadmaps for overall execution.
• Support strategic planning including interdependencies between cross functional partners, and key business, technology, and financial planning processes.
• Lead project initiation, project planning, and approval processes to confirm alignment to strategic goals and objectives, and estimations of team resources, budgets, timelines, dependencies. etc.
• Establishing, overseeing, and facilitating enterprise program governance by setting up structured recurring cadence with project teams and key stakeholders to manage program scope, budget, timelines, resource allocation, etc.
• Leadership oversight of enterprise security programs and tracking of deliverables against established success criteria and defined metrics.
• Capture, report and work to solve program issues, risks and dependencies. Develop proactive mitigation strategies to address project risks and issues.
• Encourage and lead Cross functional team collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Drive optimal business value by appropriate stakeholder management, communication, and change management strategies.
• Provide insights on improvements while ensuring adherence to operational best practices.
• Drive optimal business value through scope management, change management, and effective and regular communication.
• Establish and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for the program.
• Lead and contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall program management (i.e., best practices, networking, standards, training, tools, etc).

• 15 plus years in strategy, operations, process consulting, stakeholder management, project/ program delivery within legacy modernization or digital transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Project/Program training and certifications (PMI/SAFe).
• 3-5 years in a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Outstanding critical thinking, analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Strong communication skills including experience in developing C-suite presentations.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Analytical capabilities, problem solving skills, strong communications & influencing capabilities to effect change across the organization at the most senior levels.
• Experience in structuring & delivering technology strategy projects and a broad understanding of current technology practices (Agile, Cloud Computing/SaaS, Enterprise Data Management, etc.) & emerging trends (Robotics/AI, InsurTech, etc.).
• Collaborative work style / leadership presence with ability to effectively interact with & earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization.
• Project and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
