Account Manager

SoftOne is looking for an Αccount Manager to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Customers and Partners
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting Customer’s relationships
• Overseeing Customers account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• University Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance
• 5+ previous working experience as Account Manager in Business Software Sector
• Very good knowledge of SFA/CRM/B2B applications
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Excellent customer-oriented skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of written and spoken language
