<p><strong>JOB OBJECTIVE</strong></p><p>Practitioner of Data Science, building Machine Learning models and executing projects are mandatory. Hands on Azure services on data science is mandatory.</p><p><strong></strong><strong><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS </strong></strong></p><ul><li>BE, ME/MTech, MCA, MSC, MBA or Relevant Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience </li></ul><ul> <li>6-8 years of experience in working with Data Science / Machine Learning statistical analysis and delivering solution. </li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS</strong></p><p><strong><em>Must Haves</em></strong></p><p><strong>Data Analysis and Modelling:</strong></p><ol></ol><ul><li>Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.</li></ul><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement predictive models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.</li></ul><p><strong>Data Exploration and Visualization:</strong></p><ol></ol><ul><li>Explore and preprocess diverse datasets to identify patterns, trends, and outliers.</li></ul><ul><li>Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Feature Engineering:</strong></p><ol></ol><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant features for modelling and contribute to feature engineering processes.</li></ul><p>Strong proficiency in using Azure Cloud services for data science and analytics.</p><p><strong>Model Evaluation and Optimization:</strong></p><ol></ol><ul><li>Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on models to optimize predictive accuracy.</li><li>Stay current with industry best practices and implement new methodologies to enhance model performance.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Nice to Haves</em></strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.</li><li>Azure Certification</li></ul><p><strong>About Columbus.</strong></p><p>Columbus is a global IT services and consulting corporation with more than 2,200 employees serving our customers worldwide.
