Data Analyst Lead

Data Analyst Lead needs 5+ years’ experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration

Data Analyst Lead requires:

• SQL,

• Healthcare claim understanding, datafeed.

• Facets

• Analytical & problem solving skill

• 5+ years’ experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration

• SQL and Database experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Data Analyst Lead duties:

• Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers. Validate file layout against sample files.

• Identify patterns and trends in the data by running SQL queries.

• Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes.

• Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration.

• Provide Research, Analysis and Configuration subject matter expert support to the Business Configuration Production team.
