Job Title:Inspector | Housing Assessments - NYCHA Sedgwick project
Firm Description:Our client provides professional, technical and management support services to public and private sector clients. Although launched as an independent company in 1990, our client's history can be traced back to the early 20th century. Through a series of acquisitions and technological developments, their expansion included petrochemical, highway construction, transportation design, facilities construction, and construction materials firms. They use their extensive knowledge in planning, designing, and managing transportation systems to restore and replace aging infrastructure across cities, countries, and continents. Recent projects include a new subway line in New York City, the world's largest green-field port development in Qatar, a 24-kilometer sea crossing in Malaysia and the expansion of LA International Airport.
Job Description: Where applicable, all candidates should have experience in building condition surveys, either on NYCHA or BCAS inspections; buildings construction management, facilities management. Architects and Engineers should have 10 years of experience or greater. Senior Architect should be licensed in the State of New York.
Required:- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Legally qualified to work in the United States, valid ID.
- Basic computer knowledge with access to email.
- Be capable of following directions.
- Produce the required level of detail and able to submit consistent quality work.
Education:BS in Architecture, Engineering or similar
