Job Description:
Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. As a Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are team-oriented and capable of completing tasks under supervision.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively within a team to achieve production goals
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
Operate equipment and perform tasks as directed by supervisors
Maintain a consistent and acceptable work pace throughout the shift
Adhere to safety guidelines and wear provided ear plugs to work in a noisy environment
Adapt to varying temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.) as required
Safely lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for the duration of the workday
Proficiency in repetitive hand and wrist motions
Willingness to work in a noisy environment with provided ear protection
Flexibility to work in variable temperatures
Physical capability to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills
