As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for determining and driving Anduin’s sales strategy to build and grow our market presence and to achieve business targets. You are a hands-on leader who strives to understand details regarding key deals. You have a curious mind and are data-driven. You are someone who is actively analyzing different parts of the sales funnel with a mindset to optimize.
Job responsibilities
Lead and actively manage a global team composed of Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Operations.
Recruit and develop a top-tier enterprise sales organization and coach individual sales team members, especially in landing complex Enterprise deals.
Foster a team culture that collaborates well within their team as well as other key Anduin stakeholder groups like Relationship Management, Product, and Marketing.
Use data to identify improvements and continuously refine sales processes that drive desired business outcomes.
Provide input on product direction and strategy as a result of sales performance, root cause analysis, and competitive analysis.
Play a critical role in business planning, working closely with other senior executives to develop plans, resource requirements, and influence our long-term business strategy.
Job Requirements
Lead high-performing sales teams in a dynamic B2B SaaS company.
Able to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales organization.
Proven ability to run and manage complex sales cycles and strategic sales.
Demonstrate progressive and consistent overachievements of ambitious sales goals.
Have experience in closing large enterprise software and services deals.
Partner with Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Engineering peer organizations.
Possess polished communication and presentation skills.
Other Requirements
Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own and as a member of a team across different time zones and cultures.
8-10 years of proven sales and sales management experience.
Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership.
Private market experience preferred.
Located on the East coast, ideally within close proximity of New York City.
Must be able to travel.
