Administrative Assistant
Large manufacturing company in Richburg SC is in need an Administrative Assistant on a contract to hire basis. This is a fast paced position.
Th is is a 4 month contract position paying $18-19/hr. in Richburg SC. This position is an immediate start opportunity
Job Summary
Responsible for supporting activities for the corporate and employment office. To perform this job successfully, an individual shall have strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point and Word. He/she shall have knowledge of general office understanding, administrative support and experience in a Human Resources dept is a plus.
Essential Duties & Functions
General Office Assistant
Assist with training documentation
Create spreadsheets, charts and graphs as requested
Support employment onboarding documents
Prepare weekly meeting presentation
Initiate requests for new hire equipment set up and submit to IT. Notify IT for employee terminations.
Maintain and organize documents.
Track employee's absences via employee absence calendar.
Submit administrative assistant's timecards to Staffmark for processing.

Education and/or Experience
This position requires at least an associate degree in a related area and/or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years of experience in the administrative field and/or prior secretarial experience helpful
