Growth Marketing Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding leads for our sales team by setting up and managing various marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, CRM systems, and automation platforms such as Zapier. The successful candidate must be based in South Africa and possess a strong background in both marketing and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across various platforms.
• Scrape job sites like Indeed to identify potential leads for our sales team.
• Create, manage, and optimize marketing automations using tools like Zapier.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively captured and nurtured.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure seamless integration with marketing campaigns.
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing automation and CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on automation and technology.
• Expertise in setting up and managing marketing automations, particularly with Zapier.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in optimizing and integrating them with marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tactics.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Based in South Africa, with the ability to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with scraping tools and techniques for lead generation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
