Job Title - Application Engineer (Oracle Fusion Cloud for Procurement)

Duration - Long Term

Work Mode- Hybrid/ WFO (3 days onsite per week)

Work Location- Irving, Tx

Position Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who’s experienced working as a Sr. Oracle Engineer to provide Enterprise Application support for Oracle Fusion and other integrated applications. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):

1. Experience and proficiency using Oracle Fusion Cloud for Procurement.
2. Experience training Suppliers in the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud
3. Experience onboarding Suppliers to catalogs
4. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement flows to request and manage user accounts
5. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement flows to access reports on Suppliers Work Area
6. Overview page and manage Supplier Registration and Supplier Profiles
7. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement flows to access reports on Suppliers Work Area
8. Overview page and manage Supplier Registration and Supplier Profiles
9. Assist and train with onboarding Suppliers to catalogs, setting up Supplier portal, training Suppliers on accessing and using the portal.
10. Manage the Supplier registration process
11. Assign user accounts to roles that determine what functions the supplier contact can perform

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience and strong knowledge of Oracle database management systems, including Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
2. Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
3. Experience in Oracle Fusion API's and integrations.
4. Familiar with Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
5. Experience in OIC development and migration.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering or a related field.
2. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization
3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally, and to maintain harmonious internal and external working relationships.
4. Ability to be on call via cell phone or other department-defined method.
5. Ability to pass a medical physical.
6. Ability to pass a security check.
7. Possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
8. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

EFFORT

• Works in an office and/or airport terminal environment.
• Uses keyboard devices and computer monitors.
• Uses reasoning abilities in performing analysis and solving problems.
• Frequently exerts forces equivalent to lifting minimally 50+ pounds Must be able to use ladders and scissor lifts as required from time to time.
• Communicates effectively by telephone, in writing and in person.
• Uses near-visual acuity in reading written documents.
• Drives to locations on Airport property.
