Our Client is seeking an Restoration Business Development Manager to join their franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm or other disasters. Job Summary:

As a Restoration Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind expanding our Client’s presence in Horry and Georgetown counties. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring that our Client is their go-to provider when disaster strikes.

In this role, you will market restoration services to property and facilities managers, building engineers, and property management leaders, as well as ownership groups overseeing substantial commercial properties. From water damage and fires to mold and storms, commercial properties face numerous threats—our Client has the expertise and resources to handle them all.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, preferably in the restoration industry
  • Must be comfortable approaching and speaking to clients in both professional and social environments
  • Must be willing to follow through consistently with leads and prospects to develop strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Embody a positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic
  • Work well under pressure and have exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to follow through and perform with critical thinking and minimal supervision
  • Must be computer savvy and coachable to manage clients through our exclusive sales software
  • Strong Sales and Marketing background
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing and executing the overall strategic plan for business development and account management for the commercial sector
  • Build upon existing relationships and secure new accounts and referrals with key decision-makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations to expand our account base, market share and revenue percentages
  • Prepare and present sales proposals
  • Connect with clients and prospects via meetings, phone, social media, zoom, email and text
  • Connect with general adjusters, large loss adjusters or risk managers
  • Continue Involvement with targeted associations and achieve significant committees and/or leadership positions
  • Plan and organize marketing functions; including golf tournaments, charitable events and other networking events, including those taking place after normal business hours
  • Utilize and manage CRM software to keep all client information up-to-date and all activities current

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base pay + commission with potential of earning up to $120,000
