* 18 - 20+ plus years of progressive experience with demonstrated ability to successfully drive/lead business and technical initiatives, performance, profitability with accentuation in IT .
* Proven record of using varied technologies to enable overall strategic tactical goals. Strong skills in leadership, management and co-ordination activities, working and managing multi-location teams of 15 + FTES all across the globe and the United States.
* Extensive hands-on experience in Software Development, practical application of various methodologies like Agile, Project delivery and Consulting.
* Leads the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities Required Professional Skills
* 18 - 20+ years of technology delivery experience including strong experience in Development and Systems architecture.
* Experience producing high quality Solution Blueprints, design artifacts and writing solid code.
* Experience in cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and have familiarity with at least one prominent Cloud vendors(AWS. AZURE etc.)
* Experience applying enterprise integration patterns (SOA, API's, microservices, messaging and file-based).
* Experience in security aspects of architecture (SSO, Federation etc.), Cloud strategies (cloud-ready solutions, cloud-migration)
* Experience in application development platforms/languages/scripts in all layers of the technology stack (Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular, REACT, HTML, SQL, CouchDB, Cassandra, MongoDB , Cache solutions).
* Proficient in Spring Boot ,Spring MVC and hibernate.
* Wide experience in developing architectural framework for Web applications
* Sound knowledge of Web development tools and techniques
* Performance Tuning of Enterprise Applications.
* Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes , Docker and or/Travis.
* Strong capabilities with analyzing data, high-level back-end development and detailing processes.
* Guide the technology roadmap/architecture based on key business process strategies and drivers.

* Proficient in Spark and Scala.
* Proficient in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (Core Data Scientist)
* Proficient in Data Engineering. •
