Sales Operations focuses on providing cross-functional project and change management services across the Sales Organization. The Sales Operations Change Manager will support a MAJOR business transformation project with significant impact to our end-to-end Enterprise Sales processes.
You will be responsible for designing the overall change framework and to communicate within the Sales organization as well as across functional groups to ensure awareness, alignment, and adherence to that change management plan. In addition, you will provide change expertise when the organization is undergoing significant changes, enabling and measuring the legal organization's success before, during and after the changes are implemented. You will partner closely with program managers/product owners and organizational change agents to lead communications and business change management efforts.
What you'll do
•   Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
•   Design a communication framework and process for communication with the Adobe Sales organization and across functional groups
•   Develop communication materials in conjunction with functional communication specialists
•   Create a communication and change management plan, monitor and track progress against the plan
•   Conduct a change management assessment to understand as-is and to-be states
•   Drive efforts to define the WIIFM for each persona involved in the change
•   Craft a detailed stakeholder analysis
•   Develop a risk and mitigation management plan and methods for tracking outcomes
•   Create a plan to manage anticipated resistance
•   A detailed interview process and feedback analysis
•   Establish key metrics to measure change adoption
•   Measure KPIs and user adoption
•   Implement reinforcement processes supporting changes
•   Deliver actionable deliverables for each stage of the change
•   Develop and coordinate alignment within legal and cross-functional organizations
•   Evaluate progress and enable organization readiness
•   Track, analyze and report issues
•   Support change management at the organizational level by providing advisory consulting to senior management
•   Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
•   Integrate change management activities into project plan
•   Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management
•   Assist in the development and extension of the project change management methodology
•   Other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed
•   Change Management certification and/or min. 8+ years' experience leading large change implementation
•   Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
•   Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
•   Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
•   Experience communicating effectively and influencing various levels of an organization, including senior executives, team leaders and individual contributors
•   Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of product lifecycle
•   Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
•   Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Field Enablement, Back Office Operations, Marketing and Business Unit product teams
