<p><strong>Field Service Engineer 🚐 🌟</strong></p><p><em>Competitive salary + Overtime + Van + Training</em></p><p><em>Regional coverage (<em>to work across South East - Watford & Surrounding Area)</em></em></p><p>We rely heavily in our Service Engineers, you're pretty much the icing on the cake for our customers and as such we will invest in you from day one by ensuring you receive a thorough and comprehensive initial training period. We will provide you with all the knowledge and skills to complete your duties and deliver a first class service to our customers.</p><p>We have an immediate requirement for a Service Engineer to support our customers in delivering both proactive maintenance and re-active / quick response repairs. You will ideally be an experienced field based engineer, however we’re also interested in speaking with site based engineers that may be looking for a change in career direction.</p><p><strong>What to expect:</strong><br></p><p>4 month initial training, including gaining additional Gas safe qualifications and a period of shadowing one of our long serving experienced engineers. You will be paid from the moment you leave your front door and begin your day. We deliver all parts / spares directly to site (very little van stock to manage). Roughly 70% of your work will be pro-active pre-booked servicing. With a global footprint, and deep industry connections we offer employees an opportunity to develop an autonomous and fulfilling career.<br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br></p><ul><li>To undertake the servicing and maintenance of crematory and ancillary equipment on client sites.</li><li>Carry out inspections, complete reports and submit appropriate recommendations’, as necessary.</li><li>Record and maintain existing servicing records in line with Company procedures.</li><li>Ensure all safety procedures and business standards/regulations are followed without exception.</li><li>Work in conjunction with departmental manager and team members to identify, implement and drive actions for continuous improvement.</li><li>Promote teamwork and cooperation at all levels.</li><li>Communicate clearly and concisely with team members, internal departments’, and customers in regard to work instructions and requirements.</li><li>Flexible approach to work duties/tasks in accordance with the requirements of the business.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Mechanical Engineer with comprehensive electrical experience or Electrical Engineer with good mechanical experience.
