- Discuss with internal stakeholders regarding project scope, design concept, detailing and etc.
- Liaising and meeting with internal stakeholders, consultant, project coordinator, contractor, supplier, building management team and other related teams on various stage of project works
- Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, construction documentation, specifications, and detailing
- Assist in the submission of design and technical drawings or documentation including to prepare material boards and present to management team
- Brief and discuss with all related teams on proposed design intents and finishes, including to follow up on the amendments of drawings
- Any other duties that is required for the school to function effectively and production of design standards
Requirements
- A recognized Degree or Masters in Architecture/Interior Design
- Minimum 10 years of local working experience
- Experience in managing projects relating to education institutions
- Knowledge in autism and the importance of autism-friendly physical design for a conducive learning environment preferred
- Adopt a hands-on approach and has a “can-do attitude”
- Responsive and proactive and have a real passion
- Conversant with Singapore codes and regulations
- Good verbal presentation skills
