THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the CEO, The Marketing Manager will be responsible for our client’s marketing function. This role is responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that drive revenue, increase customer engagement, and build brand awareness.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and ensure marketing plans are aligned with objectives and values of the business.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to expand the online presence of the business.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Develop and maintain the brand identity of the business, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to foster positive relationships with local communities and target demographics. This may include sponsoring local events, participating in community service projects, collaborating with local business and groups.
  • Identify and lead the businesses participation in relevant trade shows and industry events to connect with potential customers, suppliers, and partners.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

We are particularly interested in someone who possesses the ability to think innovatively and is driven to make a meaningful impact. To be successful in this role, you ideally have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar market role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding and success in working with a sales led business.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving mindset with an ability to draw meaningful business insights from data analytics and prepare reporting.
