In the role of our New Business & Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in our New Business team. You will help us to manage our professional network, host industry-relevant events and strengthen our brand. Together with our team, you pave our way to a successful future.

Potential Tasks:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive demand creation strategies and processes
  • Leverage our network and establish new connections to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Drive digital as well as physical community building measures, such as knowledge sharing events and dinners
  • Take over responsibility for the events including their organisation, marketing, invitation management
  • Keep an overview of our sales pipelines and manage our CRM data
  • Generate cold approach ideas on how to approach high-level stakeholders at larger companies and craft outreach messages
  • Be involved in strategic planning processes and exploration of new business potentials to broaden our professional network

Your profile

  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or event management
  • Ideally a background in the tech industry or a strong understanding of technology solutions (If you come with a network in our industry already, that's a big plus)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with diverse clientele
  • Interest in staying on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • An independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness, honesty
  • At least 16-20 hours weekly availability (internships possible for 4-6 months in full-time)
